HA! No, I am not pregnant...but that was kind of funny I thought. The new baby is back on the ranch, and it's the first bottle baby of the spring. It's mother didn't make it through the whole birthing process (another reason I'm not with child right now) so my brother and his family have a new little creature to feed. Apparently Ethan thinks it is his calf, which is honestly just too darned cute. Here, we see him moving in to take over from Dad but he seems a little unsure as to what would be the best way to maneuver that ginormous bottle....

(He's probably thinking to himself-- "
man this nipple is huge compared to what they gave me, I wish I had been a calf!" Men.)
Being the calf whisperer that my nephew is, we can see him becoming one with the calf by gently stroking it down it's back. For those of you who don't know, this is done as a way to build trust between man and animal.

Once trust has been established between man and the wild animal, then affection can safely be shown...

I know. Is that not the cutest thing you've seen? It's official. My brother and his wife need to have another baby. Amanda, write that down on your "to do" list please. Thank you.
