Halloween 2013

Let me start by saying I am SO ready to be in a house that isn't located in a retirement community where the residents turn their lights out at 6:00 P.M. Okay, now that that's out of the way, we did have a fun Halloween this year! It was pajama (or "pajammies" as Fancy calls them) day at school, so the girls rocked their seasonal wear.

So this is what I have to look forward to. Years of pictures where one child is cooperating and the other is not. I guess I should 1) purchase photoshop and 2) become an ace with it.

They got to go trick-or-treating at school and Emma said she had a great time. I couldn't really tell if Abby liked it or not, but she did have a bag of goodies.

That evening we went to the McGuire's house to go trick-or-treating with Avery. We ordered pizza and the girls were so excited they could hardly stand it! So we set out on Candypalooza '13 with the princesses. They raked it in and both Emma and Avery had a blast! (Serious thanks goes out to Keri and Andrew for letting us borrow their neighborhood while we're waiting to get into ours! We may have to go back next year--some houses were giving out the full-sized bars (say what!?))!
